The normal morning programme is 6am - 7am Tuesdays and Thursdays. For maximum benefit we recommend you enrol in two classes per week. After our usual five week programme, you will definitely notice the difference in your fitness, tone and strength ability. Brilliant for 'morning' people and to get energised for the day ahead.
Custom Designed Sessions
Our trainers can develop a programme to suit your requirements - for indivdual personal training sessions or group sessions. Trainers are mobile and can come to your premises.
These are specially designed for teams who are working towards specific exercise/sporting goals such as Dragon Boating or Around the Bays running, or for team building and bonding. Programmes and prices are on application, based on numbers and requirements i.e. timeframes.
Sports Team Training
Our trainers work with sports teams for pre-season training or to help teams get match fit during the season. Sessions are high-intensity with players undertaking ball skills and set pieces under fatigue conditions. If you are interested in giving your team a head start, email Andrew.
