Five Week Challenge
The five week Concrete Fitness Challenge is a points based competition. You can gain points for creating health habits in your everyday life.
Accrue and record your points throughout the week. Send your weekly totals to us.
Daily Point System
|A Concrete Fitness session||1 point|
|Drinking 2lts of water (can include Green Tea etc)||1 point|
|No sugary treats ie lollies, chocolate, biscuits||1 point|
|No sugary drink ie Coke/energy drinks||1 point|
|30 minutes+ of purposeful exercise
(walking/jogging, biking, swimming)
|No alcohol||1 point|
|No junk food ie MacDonalds, Fish & Chips||1 point|
|Bring a friend||5 points|
Points will be totalled over a five week period and the winner will receive complimentary five weeks worth of group training.
