Five Week Challenge

The five week Concrete Fitness Challenge is a points based competition. You can gain points for creating health habits in your everyday life.

Accrue and record your points throughout the week. Send your weekly totals to us.

Daily Point System

A Concrete Fitness session 1 point
Drinking 2lts of water (can include Green Tea etc) 1 point
No sugary treats ie lollies, chocolate, biscuits 1 point
No sugary drink ie Coke/energy drinks 1 point
30 minutes+ of purposeful exercise
(walking/jogging, biking, swimming) 
1 point
No alcohol 1 point
No junk food ie MacDonalds, Fish & Chips 1 point
Bring a friend 5 points

Points will be totalled over a five week period and the winner will receive complimentary five weeks worth of group training.
