Look and feel your best through this high intensity, short burst, easy to perform exercise programme. Sessions start with a quick warm up game and stretching and end with a warm down of stretching.

This specially designed programme of one hour sessions, will help strip fat, promote lean muscle and get you fit. Participants work their way around the circuit on a number of different exercises (with and without equipment) under the watchful eye of your personal instructor. The instructor demonstrates each exercise and shows you how you can get the most from your session. And don't worry, there's a rest period between each exercise and you can work at your own pace.

Each session is different and varied and because they're high energy and some times competitive, participants have a lot of fun.
