At Concrete Fitness, our philosophy is that getting fit and keeping in shape should be fun, challenging and (most importantly) achievable.

Trainer - Andrew Eastwood
Andrew is the owner and manager of Concrete Fitness and is our lead personal trainer. After qualifying as a builder, Andrew realised his true passion was fitness and overall wellbeing and is now a qualified personal trainer. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in helping people achieve their fitness goals. He ensures that all the sessions run smoothly and that no two sessions are the same.
